This apartment is in walking distance (2 blocks) of Montana Ave and is located at 17th and California Ave. You are less than a 10 minute walk from Whole Foods and other great restaurants. The neighborhood is also great: plenty of trees, people walking their dogs after work and it is very quiet at night. This is a sublease on a month-to-month basis and move-in is available now. My last roommate lost her job and moved back to the central valley, which is why this is vacant. About me (F) - I am fairly clean, quiet and easy going. Typically, I have something going on outside of work each day, whether that's going to the gym or to an event, so you may only see me in passing most days.
