* Beach access with complimentary beach chairs provided by the condo—perfect for beach days!

* Rent is $1,200/month
* Parking is available for $100/month (if needed)
* Electric is split evenly between roommates 🐶 We do have a friendly dog, but he’s usually either in my roommate’s room or with her, so he won’t be in the shared space much. Our current roommate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take over her spot. The apartment requires a credit check and approval through the building, so you’ll need to qualify.
