Looking for LGBTQ friendly roommate

My partner and I are looking for a gay and dog friendly respectful roommate to rent out the second bedroom of our apartment. We live in a small two building, 4 units per building, complex on a dead end street. It is a very quiet neighborhood with quiet neighbors that keep to themselves. We have two small dogs, a Chihuahua and a Min-pin, both are extremely friendly. We are looking for someone who has a stable income, is friendly, cleans up after themselves, and is willing to help clean up the common areas (i.e. kitchen, living room and bathroom) The dimensions of the room are 12ft 71nX 9ft 21n and it would be a shared bathroom There are hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer inside the apartment off street parking. Close to the 205 bus stops on 500e and 33 bus stops on a 3300s about an 8 min walk. We would prefer there to be no overnight guests and any other guests that would come over that you just check with us first, we don't want a ton of random people coming in and out of our home. We have some furniture in the room if needed but if not it can be removed.
