Hello! I’m in search of a roommate who is looking to move into my unit in Lacey, in mid to late August. I am looking for someone who: - works full time and has a budget of about $985 (covering both rent & utilities)
Rent is about $835 per person, utilities fluctuate but covers water, sewer, garbage, electric, & wifi. - does not own any pets (we already have two friendly cats here) - looking to sign on for a 1 year lease The complex I’m at has both paid and free parking (first come first serve basis), is in a quiet and safe neighborhood tucked away in Lacey, and only a few minutes away from the freeway. I’m not looking to fill the room with couples, or individuals who are party types. I’m looking to keep a clean, chill, and respectful environment. Rent & utilities are split evenly three ways, and bathroom will be shared. The room will be empty, and cleaned for you upon move in. First month rent/utilities + deposit ($167) due upon move in.
