Ready for deposit and first month

Hi, this is Luis, I currently just moved to the area I am 22 years old & looking for a great quiet location! I will spend most of my days working 4 days a week 10 hour shifts, I have availability to check out whenever, I am deposit and first month of rent ready to pay. I normally keep to myself and confide in my own space; respect other roommates space/items, and keep my noise level to a minimum.
