Includes a furnished upstairs room with a large TV and game console, your own full-size refrigerator, shared bathroom and kitchen, dedicated storage for dry goods, plates, pots, and pans, backyard access, and off-street parking. Centrally located about 25 minutes from Azalea Square, downtown King Street, Northwoods Mall, and Citadel Mall. There are also enough nearby chicken restaurants to make your doctor worry about your blood pressure. No garage or shed access.
