Looking for someone to take over

Hello I’m a CSU student looking for someone to take over my lease at the cottages for Collings as soon as possible. Preferably other CSU students or people on their early 20s that are comfortable living with other CSU students. It’s a mix gendered house of 5 with your own bedroom and bathroom. I have not meet the other people so I can’t provide their contact info. Rent is 735 + utilities which are around 50.
