Looking for a Private Room – Move-in August 1 Hi everyone! I’m looking for a private room with a private washroom (ensuite preferred), available from August 1. Requirements: * Budget: Up to CAD $1,100/month (including utilities preferred)
* Private bedroom with a private washroom
* Guest-friendly accommodation (my boyfriend and friends will occasionally visit, so overnight guests should be allowed)
* Working professional household preferred
* Clean, respectful, and non-smoking environment

I’m a 26-year-old working professional in the tech industry. I’m clean, organized, respectful, and easy to get along with. I value a peaceful and tidy living environment while also being friendly and considerate of shared spaces. Preferably near Neilson and shepherd intersection.
