Quiet Female $650 Room East Valley

Hi, I’m Karen and I’m 37. I’m looking for a private room in Tempe or Chandler and my budget is $650 a month. I’m pretty quiet, clean, and I keep to myself. I don’t smoke, don’t drink, and I don’t have pets. I work full time so I’m usually gone during the day and home at night to relax. I’m hoping for a female-only or female preferred place if possible. I need a real bedroom with a door and window that locks. Month to month works best for me with a lease and receipt in writing. Utilities included would be great but I can split if needed. I can move in ASAP. I’m happy to come by for a daytime tour with someone else and I can give references. Thanks for reading!
