Room for rent. Rental Can be any length of time, It would be me and my daughter. Spare bedroom with 3 windows, fenced in backyard, nice kitchen with gas range/oven available use. Living room is our private family area unavailable for use if we are home. Outside storage shed and attic if needed for storage. Shared bathroom with my daughter. Monthly rent $800 includes utilities(gas,electric,security system,water, Wi-Fi ). $200 security deposit at move in. Refundable if rent is paid on time, 30 day notice prior to moving out, and no damage to room upon leaving.
