Need Roommate by August, Women only

Our current roommate is moving out by August 1st. We’re hoping to find another girl to pick up that portion of rent. Your portion would be $686 (split into 2 portions) + a third of the power bill, which varies month to month. Prefferably we’d like to find a queer person/ally who’s accepting and open. We keep common spaces pretty clean usually, we’re night owls, but do our best not to bother. We have two cats that mostly keep to our room, and an elderly chihuahua. Let me know if ur interested!
