Hi! I’m new to and excited to see if I can find the right roommate. I’m renting out a private bedroom in my beautiful home with your own private bathroom. You’ll also have access to the two-car garage and a separate upstairs den that can be used as a home office, gaming room, or personal lounge. The home is shared with me and my 6-year-old son, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, clean, and enjoys a peaceful home environment. Because of that, a background check will be required. I’d love to find someone who’s looking for more than just a place to rent—someone who wants a comfortable, welcoming home.
