ISO private bed/bath Mechanicsburg

36 YOM ISO a private bedroom/private full bathroom in the Mechanicsburg/Carlisle area, preferably near a good gym. I would need parking space for an SUV and a Boxtruck. I work for Fisher Brothers Builders LLC, out of Mifflintown, doing concrete (4.5 years). I work 45-60 hours, M-F and will spend most weekends at my parents. I currently have a tenant downstairs in my house, and am an Airbnb host. Former military, single, no kids and no pets. I’m cleanly/organized, and do not smoke or drink. I don’t cook much. I will be bringing only the basic living necessities, and would like to pay cash, month to month. I’m open to help pay for a cleaner to come through twice per month to clean the whole house.
