One room available for rent, in a 4 bedroom house. 3 rooms occupied by me (professional tech), my 22 year old son (final year in the university) and my 21 year old daughter ( works part time and college going). We are pretty quite family. We don't drink or smoke. My daughter has a small cat that stays in her room all day and all the time. There's 2 1/2 baths in the house. Me and my son use the master bedroom bathroom and my daughter uses the other one. Half bath is downstairs.
