Looking to rent a room for a roommate starting in August. Prefer you to work outside the house with about 8-5 regular hours and pet free (roommate has 2 cats. About the House:
-4 bed, 2.5 bath 1,750 SF single family home, with back fenced patio. The room for rent is an unfurnished or furnished private bedroom either upstairs or downstairs and partially shares an upstairs bathroom. The room available is south facing 12.5x10 with large closet and vaulted ceiling. There is additional storage downstairs and an additional half bath downstairs that other roommate uses. -Washer/Dryer located downstairs.
-Utilities are included in rental price. No cable
-Additional storage is available in basement
-Street parking in front of house.
-Quiet neighborhood located across the street from a park in a cul-de-sac.
-Includes discount to neighborhood golf course and pool.
-Renter NOT responsible for yard or exterior maintenance.
-Convenient to highway 36 and I-25.
-Plenty of food/entertainment and grocery stores in the area.
-Easy to go to Boulder and Denver (about 20 min drive) from the home. Other Notes:
-Length of lease is negotiable, but would prefer min. of 6 month lease.
-Security Deposit of one months rent due at signing. Additional if pet is included.-House is smoke free.
-Cleaning (Must be accountable for cleaning up after yourself).
-Able to provide references and proof of income.
-No new pets. About current roommates:
I am early 40s, 7-4 professional who works as an Engineer from home. I'm friendly, but pretty quiet and keep to myself most of the time and prefer to keep the home clean. I love to go hiking during weekends and any outdoor activities that keep me moving. The other roommate is early 30s and but there will only be three people total living in the house. Please leave a little about yourself so I can get a feel for who you are and what your situation is. Hopefully going to respond to any at the end of each day so please be patient in a response.
