Hi! I'm an incoming graduate student at NYU Tandon moving to the NYC area this fall. I'm looking for a private room in a shared apartment or a group to apartment hunt with. **Budget:** Up to **$900/month** (flexible for the right place)
**Preferred areas:** Journal Square, Grove Street, Newport, Hoboken, Harrison, or Downtown Newark—anywhere with a reasonable commute to NYU Tandon.
**Move-in:** Late August. I'm clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I like keeping common spaces tidy, communicate openly, and value a home that's friendly, considerate, and peaceful. Outside of classes, I enjoy exploring cafés, working on personal projects, staying active, and meeting new people. If you're looking for a reliable roommate or are putting together a group for an apartment, feel free to reach out! I also happy to takeover complete apartments having 2 bath 3-4 bed
