Looking for a furnished 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom apartment Aug 1 - Sept 30 in the Entertainment District/Richmond St W/Adelaide St W area. Budget: Up to $2400 CAD/month
About me: 53, professional, clean, non-smoker, quiet. I’m in Toronto for 2 months for work and need a move-in ready place. What I’m looking for:
- Furnished 1BR + 1 bath, preferably with in-suite laundry
- Available Aug 1 to Sept 30, flexible move-in
- Near Union Station, Richmond St W, John St, or Adelaide St W
- Landlord approval for sublet is fine I have references + tenant insurance if needed. Happy to do video tour or in-person viewing. DM me with details + photos if you have something available!
