Subletting at Tivoli for the upcoming year. (It comes with a bed and desk+chair. And a TV if you want it.) It's a 3x3 all girls. You get your own bathroom, laundry is in the apartment. I've paid for the security deposit already and you can keep it ($806). They're both cat friendly and lgbt+ friendly. 😊 You do have to pay water and electric, but that's only about $30 every month. It's only 5 minutes from UCF and has a shuttle. I just need to move out because I moved in with my bf. The girls are sweet and will likely be good friends.
