Large house with rooms. I own the house and rent out three rooms. I currently have one roommate. Looking for more. We’re both female, so only looking for female roommates right now. pets are welcome, no smoking, friends/significant other can stay over. Fully stocked common areas with supplies provided by myself for all of the roommates. Off street parking, fenced in backyard and porch, garden area, storage shed. Utilities are split evenly among all of us.
