MOVE IN JULY 17TH Hi gals! My roommates and I are looking for a new roomie to move in! We’re all in our 20s (would prefer someone around the same age!) friendly, respectful, and like to keep the house peaceful and comfortable. We’re looking for someone who is drama free, quiet, respectful, and CLEAN. We have a cleaning schedule for the common areas, so everyone does their part to keep the house tidy. Rent is $910/month with a $550 security deposit. WiFi is $20.25/month, and LADWP is split every other month (usually around $100 each). Located 5m1ns from CSUN!
