I’m looking for a FEMALE ONLY roommate for a 12-month lease. Safe and quiet crime free area very nice. The room has a private bathroom and parking in the garage. No drugs, pets, couples, smoking, or parties with friends are allowed. I’m a private person who respects your space and expects the same in return. I work full-time and attend school part-time. I live in the gym and attend church. References and a criminal record will be required.
