Room needed close to Avon

Hello I am a 44 year old male full-time welder fabricator working in Avon Mass looking for something close as I currently don't drive. I'm looking for a room where a cat would be allowed I do have one very well behaved cat and she is my absolute best friend. I'm a hard worker, like to keep things clean, and I'm very handy around the house. I'm quiet and keep to myself and avoid drama at all costs, just looking for a place I can feel comfortable laying my head at night.
