Need a new place to call home

Middle aged woman and small esa dog seeking a private bedroom preferably with private bathroom. I am a very clean person. I work full time and am rarely home other than to sleep and shower/get ready. I stay to myself. Ideally I would like a place close to downtown/gulch/Germantown but am flexible. Also, very interested in private bathroom but also flexible on that.
