Available Aug 1st (possibly 2 weeks earlier) Large home with pool, basketball court and fenced-in back yard. Looking for a female roommate only. The room available is very large and has a closet, ceiling fan, tinted window and bookshelves. You will also have a private bathroom. Pets are welcome if compatible with our pets. We have four cats and may get a small dog at some point. Rental price includes utilities (not cable). We are a family of 3 and very easy to get along with.
