Looking for roomate at OSU

Hey all my name is Richard. This next school year I am going to be a 4th year physics PhD student. I am looking for a male roommate to move into a 2 bedroom 1 bath house with me.
A bit about me
I really enjoy learning physics but also love learning about all kinds of thing. Any sort of cool truth I can get I really appreciate so I do a lot of studying. I also really enjoy talking to my friends and having deep conversations about things with them. Then also I really love getting outdoors and seeing nature. Those sorts of things are where I spend most of my time.
Kind of person I am looking for
I am pretty devoutly Catholic and am ideally looking for another Catholic or Christian to be living with that takes his faith seriously. But this isn't really a strict requirement for me. Really my main requirement and what I am mainly looking for is someone who is willing to live by some basic household rules which keep the household a healthy environment. The place
The place we would be living is 1135 NW 25th street. Here is a link to a listing with some pictures of the place. I currently have a lease for the place signed with is set to start July 15th. If you were to live with me I would just have you pay your share of the security deposit and then sign onto the lease with me.
Total rent: 1600 per month so 800 per person
Utilities: I would have to imagine utilities won't be more than 100 per month per person, but I currently don't know as I am not currently living there. Also apparently I cannot look a through the app without a , so if you are interested please me at [REDACTED]
