My current roommate is not resigning our lease and I am looking to fill his position. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a balcony. I do have a cat. The room would be a master bedroom with a large closet and private bathroom. It would be unfurnished. Move in would be the end of August but we might be able to work around that. I am a 28 y/o Male who is very easy to get along with.
