Hello, me and my roommates are looking for a 5th person, preferably a girl, to live with. The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom on each floor. We have in unit laundry and lost of room to park. The room for rent is located upstairs and is $475 per month not including utilities, utilities are usually only around $75 a month. The bedroom is not furnished but the living room, kitchen, and common areas are. We live with 2 girls upstairs and 2 boys downstairs. We are all good friends and like to have fun and hang out together in the living room. The house is located right next to downtown and we are only a 10-15 minute walk from campus.
