$800 total for 2 rooms same house!

$800 total. I have two spare rooms for rent. Both rooms are included in the price. So if you needed one for an office or just storage you would have it. The hallway bathroom would be yours. Also you would have a spot in the garage and I have some space in the basement for storage. ALL utilities included.
I am a 47yo male, no kids. I work as a flight attendant so I am gone from time to time. I would prefer a female roommate. I have found they respect the space more. Please no kids or pets
Also this is a smoke free home. No smoking of any kind allowed.
