Housemates needed (from $600/room)

Hi! I’m an engineer looking for housemates to share a brand new 5bed/3bath/3car garage home in Surprise (25m drive from TSMC, 33m from Amkor right next to the 303 and us60 hw) starting June 20th Address: 15854 west el Cortez place (you can look it up for all the pictures and if it fits your commuting needs 🙂) I have 4 bedrooms available (I’m taking one of the smaller bedrooms) and am currently working on furnishing the rooms with the basics but you can check with me to bring your own furniture too Rent:
$600/mo for the regular private bedrooms (1 bath per 2 of the regular bedrooms)
$1100/mo for the private suite/master bedroom which has its own large bath and walk in closet. We will split utilities and other maintenance costs.
