Available for rent June 15: Lower Level bedroom UNFURNISHED @ $600/mo including utilities. Picture is from listing when I bought this house. Updated picture will be posted after current tenant moves out. Shared spaces: kitchen, living room, lower level family room, laundry room, and one full bathroom (shared). Utilities Include: electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, and WIFI internet. Location: West End Davenport just blocks from the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, grocery, gas, & public transportation. Parking: on street parking on busy road. Snow route. Public Transportation: city bus stop located down the block at Telegraph. Pets: Not allowed. My household is at the legal maximum so even if you have an ESA critter, it will NOT be allowed. I have a disability and can not & will not bring on undue stress to myself so let’s avoid an issue. Length of lease: month-to-month. I like to rent month-to-month because life happens &/ or if either party is unhappy at any time, we can go our separate ways. Prefer long term tenant but short term is ok too. NO DEPOSIT! Only a cleaning fee of $75. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, CashApp,, Venmo, & Zelle. About the roomies: Homeowner Holly - 43/Female MS Warrior & FurMom of kitties, no humans. Due to MS I have my medical so cannabis friendly & cooler temperatures is a must. Heat agitates my MS so I have to keep my home cool (66-69°). Roomie - JTodd late 50’s/Male. No children. Works 3rd shift.
