The home features new central A/C and heating, high-speed cable internet with Wi-Fi, stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, and access to the fully equipped kitchen, furnished living room, dining area, and covered backyard patio. I’m looking for clean, respectful, and financially responsible housemates who appreciate a quiet, well-maintained home. Single occupancy only. No pets, smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, or parties.
