We generally are up between 7-8 am and midnight, we like to have friends over and be social but are respectful of noise levels. We are also tidy, don't wear shoes in the house, and like to keep common areas clean and value clear communication.

Internet is $66 total split 4 ways very close to G train and clean safe and cheap laundromat (no in-unit washer dryer) good credit required / guarantors if applicable
