Wanted room for rent asap

I am looking for a room to rent for my son who turns 18 in September. He is currently in upper Coomera staying with extended family as he completes year 12. He moved up there to attend the scholarship school keebra park state high school. I live in Coffs Harbour. Unfortunately the extended family members he has been staying with are moving away and we now need to find him a place to stay. He is a respectful and quiet young man. He is on youth allowance for living away from home and has been $250 per week for board where he currently is, for the past 12mths. He has his licence and a car. Whilst completing his studies he isn’t working, I am also still responsible for him financially and so money isn’t an issue. He has a job in the mines lined up for after he finishes year 12 and turns 18 in September.
