It’s a two-bedroom apartment, about 930 square feet, on the third floor, with a skylight, a fireplace, and a balcony. Rent is $972 a month, so you’d pay half—around $486. There’s a $300 pet deposit, plus $25 monthly after that. The complex has a pool, tennis court, and basketball courts. I’m easygoing—no smoking, just looking for a clean, respectful roommate.
