Private bedroom and bath in house

Private bedroom and private bathroom are located on their own hallway. The only other room on that hall is a home gym that you are welcome to use as well. Although I workout at 7 every morning, I am respectful of those who prefer to sleep in. Driveway is on a bit of a steep incline so if your car is too low it may have issues scraping. Parking is allowed on the street as well. Kitchen, dining room, living room is all shared space as well as garage and laundry. I park outside mostly so you have the garage pretty much to yourself.
