Cozy & Spacious Hermitage Home

I’m currently looking for a roomate to rent a wonderful home with me in Hermitage. It’s a bi-level home where the upstairs has three bedrooms (1 full bath and 1 full bath in master bedroom). Kitchen is also upstairs along with a large living room. Outside is a beautiful fenced in yard that’s very private and very spacious that comes compete with a wonderful patio to rest on. The downstairs is mostly my area and a guitar shop that contains a woodworking shop in the garage. There is also another full bath in the downstairs as well. It’s a really great home I can’t speak highly about it enough. I’m a luthier and shop manager for a window company in search of a cool person to share this space with. Rent would be somewhere around $1200 plus utilities that can range between $200-250 per month (yard maintenance, garbage removal, electric, water, internet etc). I will be interviewing by phone to start. Since this is a situation that involves my living space so I will be very selective. Phone first then possibly dinner and a hang session before moving forward. Pics will be shared as well of course.
