This means, I recently had a family home that I’m now trying to rent out to female or LGBTQIA+ = no matter gender. BUT I do not want straight men to ask to rent. $500 month everything included including WiFi! $300 non refundable deposit is required before move in for my protection and to get serious inquiries.
