Looking for a studio

I'm a professional lady in my middle 40's. I am looking for a studio apartment in the Ukrainian Village, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Noble Square areas. I moved to Chicago about a year ago and my credit history is new, and I do not have a cosigner, but I can pay at least four months' rent in advance for the right place. I have a stable income, steady employment, and a strong history of making responsible payments. My budget is $1,200.
