1 month room on big island -600cad

Looking for a private room (or private bathroom option) on Big Island for 1 month.
Budget: 600 CAD total for the month (flexible if utilities & internet are included).
I will use Big Island as my main base to explore the island (volcanoes, beaches, bike tours, waterfalls, etc.), but I also plan to visit other islands occasionally, so I won’t be in the room every day.
Preferred areas: Near Hilo, Kailua-Kona, or anywhere with good access to attractions and public transport.
What I need:
• Private room (preferably with private or shared bathroom)
• Access to kitchen
• WiFi / internet
• Basic furniture and clean environment
I’m a clean, responsible, quiet and respectful tenant — no parties, no smoking, no pets, no overnight guests.
Open to furnished or semi-furnished.
