I am looking for a roommate! I work at Matheson Apartments and get lowered rent. Its for a 2 bedroom in Tremonton, male, non smoking, and I’ll even let you have the master bedroom. Total plus utilities would be about $580 a month. Move in fees, $40 application fee and splitting $100 (yes one hundred) security deposit, ($350 security deposit one time fee and $35 a month pet rent). Yes move-in fees are low, but they will not be the best for move out. 24/7 gym, heated pool and hot tub, in unit washer and dryer, all full sized appliances. Hit me up
