I am a 32-year-old woman, working professional looking for a room. Can pay by June 1st but will be in town around June 13th. I'm looking to rent month to month with the intention of being there a minimum of 6 months. I mostly work from home and occasionally bartend at the Sofi Stadium. I also have a guinea pig. He's caged, can stay in my room and is quiet.
