Both rooms have wood flooring and tall 9 foot ceilings. Wonderful natural light during the day and recessed lighting. Quite area and a beautiful view of Palmdale in the back patio. Renters will have their own area in the kitchen and use of appliances. Renters are to keep their area and the shared areas and kitchen clean when used.
