month. Great 2 bed 2 bath apartment w/ great roommate and two adorable kitties. Move in anywhere between June 6-Aug 31st. Move-in date is incredibly flexible— I’m moving in with my boyfriend, so we can do whatever works best for you. Big bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and great natural light. Big closet and connected bathroom. The bed and bed frame can stay if you want! In-unit washer and dryer. Complex has a huge pool, huge hot tub. Water and trash are included, we only pay for electric and WiFi. 10 mins from downtown Ventura, 10 mins from the beach. ~45 mins give or take to downtown Santa Barbara (I commute there for work). Walking distance to restaurants/cafes and shops. Niki is an amazing person and incredible roommate. She’s incredibly friendly and fun and has the biggest heart ever. She’s a Chemist at a pharmaceutical company. She’s my best friend and it’s going to be hard to leave her. Her kitties are silly little guys.
