Hi! I’m 33 and looking for the right person to rent a private section of my 4,000 sq. ft. Rental house, in a great neighborhood. You’ll have one side of the house completely to yourself while I’m on the opposite side, so there’s a great balance of privacy and shared space. The house has a fenced backyard and a huge garage with plenty of room for storage. I also have three very loving pets: Archer a beagle, Nessee a Chihuahua, and Mabel the cat, so being comfortable around animals is important. Ideally, I’d prefer someone without pets since I already have a full house, but I’m open to considering the right fit. A little about me: I’m a restaurant bartender, so I usually get home a little later in the evenings occasionally, but nothing too crazy. I’m very easygoing, love to hang also if you’d like and I’m not someone who gets bothered by normal household noise or occasional guests. At the same time, I do value having my own space, so I’m hoping to find someone who is respectful, independent, and easy to live with as well. If that sounds like a good fit, send me a message and tell me a little about yourself! Rent is 1200 plus utilities which range from 100-200 each typically. But like I said you get pretty much the entire half of the house to yourself. I have one room furnished and one unfurnished depending on which you prefer. More photos to come.
