The monthly rent is $1100 (deposit $550) and the room is available on May 1st. I have washer/dryer included and water softener in the house. WiFi & utilities included. Parking available (I have an attached garage I use for my vehicle and some storage available) Shared bathroom, recently renovated and upgraded to shower. If you want it to be private bathroom, requires a little more in rent as I’m looking for two roommates (two rooms available). Gold room available now - my sister just moved back to California and left a dresser and sit/stand desk. Blue room can be available depending if you need it furnished or not. Was used as a guest room/storage for family visits. I work quite a bit so gone for the day unless it’s my day off or working on my business. Let me know when you would like to view the room.
