2. Lease term: 6 month to 12 month (No Short Term)
3. Security Deposit: $2,000 (refundable)
4. Utilities: Split evenly
5. Building: Flamingo Point, Center Tower
6. Gym: Available in building (membership required; paid separately)
7. Requirements: Stable job and proof of income required
