Hi, my name is Julian. I am a 34-year old Firefighter/EMT. I amm looking for a roommate male or female. The room is in Tyngsboro. The monthly rent is $1400 and the room is available immediately. Room is upstairs, unfurnished, with private bathroom/shower, closet space. Utilities cost: Cable TV, internet, laundry, electric appliances, heating and AC to be negotiated with prospective tenant. I am a mostly introverted, working 60+ hours a week regularly so much of time spent at home is doing housework or sleeping. In my limited free time i enjoy cooking anything/everything ( a proficient home cook). I also enjoy movies, TV, video games, reading, exercise, being in nature.
