Details 2bed/2bath house off campus housing in West Lafayette IN but 10 mins or less of a drive and connected to bus lines Flat rate $900.00 per month and utilities are covered by owner such as water, sewage, gas, trash and recycle and electric but no internet (open to discuss options) NO ANIMALS/PETS NO SMOKING/VAPING RESPONSIBLE DRINKING OKAY but I won't drink Requirements/ideal roommate Respectful, considerate, responsible Help with cleaning/keep common areas clean About the house/neighbor hood Fully furnished common areas such as living room, dining and kitchen Washer and dryer Great natural light/keep things chilly and cool Own bathroom Bedroom unfurnished or can provided with twin mattress, but it can fit a full/queen Has attached compact car parking, garage storage, or off-street parking Outdoor pool and club house About me! I am a graduate from Ivy Tech that studied in Ag science. I'm pretty busy in/out with working at Purdue and my second job. I'm into swimming, hiking trails, music and having a good time playing games, puzzles, cards and chilling out. I also love and need alone time/quiet at times.
