Looking for a single room with bath for a temporary time, until I find a permanent residence. But this can become permanent residence if suitable for both parties. I don’t have any pets and I am okay with Cats. I don’t have much going on like friends coming over, or parties etc. I mostly work, exercise, cook and drive around to explore
