Looking for a roommate to rent out a 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom with me. I work part time and go to classes full time. Looking for someone clean, responsible and quiet. I tend to mostly play video games and keep to myself. No smoking and no pets. The landlord does require a background check for signing onto the lease. Looking to split utilities and WiFi cost. Normal rent it $600 a month, so after utilities and WiFi expect around $700ish Let me know if you are interested
